Modular Star Arch — up to 250%

A wood-textured arch with a golden Bethlehem star to frame your Tio Lira Nativity Scene. Its modular design supports the original size and enlargement up to 250%, with parts arranged for the Bambu Lab A1.

Each side has four segments: eight arch segments joined by six pins. The complete set contains 20 pieces, including two bases, a top joining key, the star and two star pins. One color per plate; no AMS required.

The download is an editable 3MF file, already enlarged to 250% and arranged on 11 plates. Assembled dimensions including bases and star: 88.75 × 22.5 × 74.3 cm (width × depth × height). The 100% reference size is 35.5 × 9 × 29.7 cm.

Designed for PLA, a 0.4 mm nozzle and a 256 × 256 mm build plate. Geometry and slicing digitally checked at 100% and 250%; not yet physically test-printed. Check the fit and dry-assemble the parts before gluing. Glue the joints with PLA-compatible adhesive. Keep the saved print orientations. The 250% project is already enlarged: do not scale it to 250% again. For intermediate sizes, scale all parts and pins equally and rearrange the plates.
